Playing Venue: Campbell Park, MORRINSVILLE

Playing Dates: Wednesday 15, 22, 29 Oct, 5, 12, 19 Nov 2025 (6 Weeks) (POSSIBLE RAIN DATE: 26 Nov)

Playing Rounds: 3.30pm, 4.00pm, 4.30pm, 5.00pm, 5.30pm. The number of rounds will vary depending on number of fields/entries. 

Team Entry Fee: $50.00

Game duration: Games will be 12 minutes each way with a 2-minute half time. There will be 4 minutes in between rounds.  

Grades available:

  • Year 1/2 Mixed
  • Year 3/4 Mixed
  • Year 5/6 Mixed
  • Year 7/8 Mixed

PLAYER REGISTRATIONS All players for all grades are required to be registered, please ensure this is completed by Sunday 2nd November 2025 to ensure your team is not penalised for not completing the player registration details.


REFEREES All Year 1/2 & 3/4 teams to have an onfield coach to ref their teams games. We will do our best to support with referees for all other grades however sometimes this is not possible so please ensure you have one available on standby. We are happy to support with referee development so please contact us if this is something you would like support with.


DEFAULTS/CANCELLATIONS Cancellations of modules due to bad weather will be communicated via email and our facebook page and website by 2pm at the latest. Link to the page can be found HERE.Teams are expected to commit to all games during the competition however if there are dates that your team/s are unavailable can you please let us know upon registration. This is included in the registration process under "game exclusion requests". This will help us sort alternate games for your opposition.


RULES

  • Players are to play for their school first and foremost and if opting to play for a club aswell, need to play up a grade so there are no game clashes with your school team. If there is a clash the player needs to play for their school first.
  • Touch boots or sneakers are compulsory for all players. No shoes, no play! No long skins allowed. 
  • Players can play up a grade but cannot play down.
  • Mixed teams need to have a minimum of 2 females on the field at any one time
  • Abuse towards players, coaches, managers, parents and most importantly referees will NOT be tolerated. We want to create a positive environment for our tamariki to thrive in. Anyone seen to be abusing anyone may be asked to leave the venue.

PARKING We need to ensure that we are being considerate to those who's residential areas we are using. Please park smarter!! Do not park on residential lawns or across driveway, on yellow no parking lines or anywhere you are not meant to be. This is not only for the consideration of local residents but also for the health and safety of our tamariki/participants.


POSITIVE VIBES ONLY This season we are looking to roll out our Waikato Sports Collective project "Positive Vibes Only" which looks to address behavior within sport that may not be welcome in a junior sporting environment. We look forward to getting you all involved this season aswell to spread some "Good Vibes".
