Welcome to our WTA Primary School Module.
We look forward to having everyone back for a fun-filled and hopefully interuption free season.
WTA PRIMARY SCHOOL MODULE
Playing Venue: Swarbrick Park, Rifle Range Road, FRANKTON
Playing Dates: Thursday 22, 29 February 7, 14, 21, 270 (6 Weeks)
Playing Rounds: 4.30pm, 5.10pm, 5.50pm, 6.30pm. The number of rounds will vary at each competition depending on number of fields/entries.
Team Entry Fee: Year 1/2 & 3/4 = $150.00 Year 5/6 = $200.00
Game duration: Games will be 15 minutes each way with a 2-minute half time. There will be 8 minutes in between rounds.
Grades available: Year 1/2 Mixed, 3/4 Mixed, Boys, Year 5/6 Mixed, Boys
All grades are subject to minimum entries. If there are not enough team entries for a Boys/Girls only grade they will be offered the opportunity to join one of our other grades.
Please ensure you select the correct grade (Self grading) form from the drop-down list on the registration form as below:
A=Experienced
B=Intermediate
C=Beginner

PLAYER REGISTRATIONS
All players for all grades are required to be registered, please ensure this is completed by Monday 30th October 2023 to ensure your team is not penalised for not completing the player registration details.
REFEREES
All teams are to provide a referee. We will do our best to support with referees however sometimes this is not possible. We are happy to support with referee development so please contact us if this is something you would like support with.
DEFAULTS/CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations of modules due to bad weather will be communicated via email and our facebook page and website by 2pm at the latest.
Teams are expected to commit to all games during the competition however if there are dates that your team/s are unavailable can you please let us know upon registration. This is included in the registration process under "game exclusion requests". This will help us sort alternate games for your opposition.
COVID 19 AWARENESS
Please ensure that players that are unwell do not attend. Should a player from your team later find out they have covid and could have been infectious at a module please contact us so we can let the relevant people know.
Please check the website regularly for any changes and/or updates.
RULES
- Players are to play for their school first and foremost and if opting to play for a club aswell, need to play up a grade so there are no game clashes with your school team. If there is a clash the player needs to play for their school first.
- Touch boots or sneakers are compulsory for all players. No shoes, no play! No long skins allowed.
- Players can play up a grade but cannot play down.
- Mixed teams need to have a minimum of 2 females on the field at any one time
- Sec School Junior Grades (Year 9-10), Senior Grades (Year 11-13)
- Abuse towards players, coaches, managers, parents and most importantly referees will NOT be tolerated. We want to create a positive environment for our tamariki to thrive in. Anyone seen to be abusing anyone may be asked to leave the venue.
