Welcome to the registration process for the Waikato Touch Junior Touch Programme. We look forward to having your child/ren work with us.

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ BELOW BEFORE REGISTERING

We have reviewed our Junior Programme and have made a few changes as per below.

1) JUNIOR TAP OFF PROGAMME

• Junior TAP OFF PROGRAMME DATES: Sunday 6th &13th October 10.00am-12.30pm (Swarbrick Park, FRANKTON)
• This programme is 2 sessions only which looks to support players with skills and fundamentals as well as having fun. For those that wish to continue onto our EXTENDER programme you will be required to confirm your interest by ticking the Extender Progamme box in the registration form.

2) JUNIOR TAP OFF EXTENDER PROGRAMME (You will need to register for this programme, pay a deposit and commit to the requirements of this programme)

• Junior TAP OFF EXTENDER DATES (TEAM SELECTIONS): Sunday 20th October 10.00am-12.30pm (Sign in opens at 9.30am) (Swarbrick Park, FRANKTON)

This will be our Junior Representative programme which will see teams selected by experience and placed into teams with similar experience. The selections will take place on Sunday 20th October. These teams will participate in regular trainings and local and regional tournaments. More information to come out later on.

REQUIREMENTS OF PARTICIPATING IN THE EXTENDER PROGAMME

• Have participated in the Junior TAP OFF Programme
• Be a financial member with Waikato Touch (ie: dont owe any fees from past seasons)
• Commit to all of the teams trainings, tournaments and commitments as scheduled.
• Meet the age criteria for your requested age group
• U10s -  Born 2015/16 (Must be 9 years or under as at the 31st December 2024)
• U12s - Born 2013/14  (Must be 11 years or under as at the 31st December 2024)
• U14s - Born 2011/12 (Must be 13 years or under as at the 31st December 2024)

NOTE: Touch NZ rules apply and Waikato Touch Associations Code of Conduct applies also. 

*UNAFFILIATED RULE: Any person who partakes in an unaffiliated competition/module either as a player/organiser/coach/manager or has any involvement with one is ineligible to participate.
